If a user tries to access the store in Windows 10, it's simply not possible.

First I was informed from a blog reader – his Windows 10 machine refused to access the Windows store. I've tested it on two other machines – on one machine, the store app stalls after a few seconds. The other machine dropped error 0x80131500 during the attempt to launch the store app.

The suggestion to try it later probably doesn't helps. Also suggestions like "use wsreset.exe" (given here) or similar "vodoo" doesn't help. It's a global failure at Microsoft's store servers (see also here). Just wait, till Microsoft fixed the issue.

Similar articles
Windows 10: Store error "Something went wrong"
Windows 10: "Show more tiles" locked
Windows 10: Update error 0x800705B4
Zero-Day-Exploit (May 2016) in Windows?
Windows 7 SP1: May 2016 Update search slow, taking forever
Windows 7: "Secure Boot Violation" after April Patch day

Currently it seems that Windows Store has world wide a malfunction.
