It fixes some bugs in TM WFBS 10. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>German blog reader Tom B. informed me about it by e-mail (thanks), and German site administrator.de also has <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20190401041956\/https:\/\/administrator.de\/wissen\/trendmicro-worryfree-business-security-10-patch-1531-verf%C3%BCgbar-433696.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this post<\/a>. According to the <a href=\"http:\/\/files.trendmicro.com\/products\/wfbs\/10.0\/WFBS_100_WIN_ALL_Patch_1531.txt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">release notes<\/a>, only bugs are fixed:<\/p>\n<pre>2.1 Enhancements\n     ===================================================================\n     There are no enhancements for this patch release.\n\n     2.2 Resolved Known Issues\n     ===================================================================\n     This patch resolves the following issues:\n\n     Issue 1:    (SEG-45016)(SEG-44437)\n                 Microsoft(TM) Office(TM) and Google Chrome may stop \n                 unexpectedly on some protected computers.\n                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n     Solution 1: This patch updates the Worry-Free Business Security \n                 drivers to prevent this issue.\n     -------------------------------------------------------------------\n     Issue 2:    (SEG-46028)\n                 Users do not receive violation notifications.\n                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n     Solution 2: This patch ensures that users receive violation \n                 notifications normally.\n     -------------------------------------------------------------------\n     Issue 3:    (SEG-45547)\n                 The Security Server Master Service stops unexpectedly \n                 while saving information in the database if the \n                 information is in the wrong format.\n                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n     Solution 3: This patch improves the error-handling mechanism to \n                 enable the Master Service to handle this scenario.\n     -------------------------------------------------------------------\n     Issue 4:    (SEG-40213)\n                 The Security Agent receives invalid authentication \n                 requests from the Security Server.\n                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n     Solution 4: This patch resolves the issue by updating the encrypt \n                 function on the Security Server.\n     -------------------------------------------------------------------<\/pre>\n<p>You can download the file WFBS_100_WIN_ALL_Patch_1531.exe <a href=\"http:\/\/downloadcenter.trendmicro.com\/index.php?clk=tbl&amp;clkval=5257&amp;regs=de&amp;lang_loc=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a> via the tab <em>Product Patch<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trend Micro released patch 1531 for its Worry-Free Business Security 10 for Windows security solution on March 29, 2019.
