Google released an update to the Google Chrome 75.0.3770.100 last night, which probably contains some bug fixes. There is also a new Chrome extension called 'Suspicious Site Reporter' which was released also by Google.

Chrome update to version 75.0.3770.100
The announcement in the Chromium Blog is rather spartan. I just heard about this update on Twitter.
CHROME UPDATED TONIGHT TOO, TO 75.0.3770.100 for Windows, Mac, and Linux @googlechrome

The log to the changes is quite confusing and rather difficult to read. If I've seen it right, bugs that cause crashes or hangs are fixed. The Chrome 75.0.3770.100 is available for Windows, Mac and Linux and will be updated in the next few days/weeks. You can download it here.
If you use Chrome portable, you have to wait until it is updated accordingly. A possible solution to solve this issue is described at German site deskmodder.de – but I haven't tested it yet.
Chrome extension 'Suspicious Site Reporter'
A another brief information; Google just released a Chrome extension called 'Site Reporter'. You should use it to detect suspicious websites. The following tweet deals with this.
Do you need "Suspicious Site Reporter", @campuscodi has some answers:
