Exchange 2016/2019 quarterly Updates

Windows UpdateMicrosoft released the quarterly update for Exchange 2016 and Exchange 2019 a few days ago. These updates include fixes for issues reported by customers and all previously released security updates. Setup now requires .NET Framework 4.8.
