[German]The developers of the Thunderbird e-mail client have released version 78.3.3 of the e-mail client on October 16, 2020. This is a maintenance update for the 78 main version of the e-mail client, which fixes bugs in the OpenPGP area.

The colleagues at deskmodder.de noticed the update – my Thunderbird still runs with the 68 branch. According to the release notes there are the following fixes:
- OpenPGP: Improved support for encrypting with subkeys
- OpenPGP message status icons were not visible in message header pane
- OpenPGP Key Manager was missing from Tools menu on macOS
- Creating a new calendar event did not require an event title
The following known issues are is still listed: Message list is not focused at startup
