[German]The developers of Thunderbird have released another update of the email client to version 115.3.0 on September 26, 2023 (thanks to Tom for the tip). It is an update which is supposed to fix numerous bugs, but does not contain any new features or security fixes.

Thunderbird 115.3.0
According to the release notes, the update to version 115.3.0 brings the following bug fixes.
- Thunderbird could not import profiles whose hostname ends with a dot (".")
- Occasionally the message header was missing in the message preview
- Setting the type flag of an existing folder did not add successor folders to the Unified Folders view
- Thunderbird did not always delete all temporary mail files, so sometimes messages could not be sent
- The status bar in the message composing window could not be hidden
- The message header was occasionally missing in the message preview
- OAuth2 did not work with some profiles created in Thunderbird 102.6.1 or earlier
- In vertical view, decrypted subject lines were displayed as an ellipsis ("…") in the message list
- In the condensed addresses setting (mail.showCondensedAddresses), condensed addresses were not displayed in the message list
- Spam folders could not be assigned non-ASCII names when IMAP UTF-8 was enabled
- The message header was not displayed until the images were loaded, which caused noticeable delays for messages with large images
- Large SVG favicons were not displayed in RSS feeds
- Context menu items did not display hover background color
The update does not fix any vulnerabilities. The system requirements for the different operating system versions (see here for more details):

- Linux: GTK+ 3.14 or higher
