[German]Google has released updates to Google Chrome Browser 119 in the Stable Channel for Mac, Linux and Windows on November 14, 2023. The Extended Stable Channel also received version 118.0.5993.144 and the Android app of the Chrome browser was updated on November 8. Here is an overview of these updates.

Google Chrome 119.0.6045.159/.160
The announcement was made in the Google blog. The stable channel has been updated to version 119.0.6045.159 for macOS and Linux. For Windows, the update updates the browser to version 119.0.6045.159/.160. Google states that it has fixed the following vulnerabilities.
- [$10000][1497997] High CVE-2023-5997: Use after free in Garbage Collection. Reported by Anonymous on 2023-10-31
- [N/A][1499298] High CVE-2023-6112: Use after free in Navigation. Reported by Sergei Glazunov of Google Project Zero on 2023-11-04
Two vulnerabilities (out of 4) are not named. Chrome will be rolled out to systems via the automatic update function over the next few days and weeks. You can (and should in this case) also update the browser manually (via the menu and the About Google Chrome command). The latest build of the Chrome browser can also be downloaded here.
Google Chrome 118.0.5993.144 (Extended Stable)
The announcement may be found in the Google blog. The Extended Stable channel has been updated to version 118.0.5993.144 for macOS and Windows. Seems to be a maintenance update.
Chrome for Android 119.0.6045.134
Furthermore, according to this Google post, Google Chrome for Android has been updated to version 119.0.6045.163 and will be distributed via update in the next few days. This version contains stability and performance improvements, as well as the same security fixes as mentioned above for the desktop versions of the browser.
Chrome for iOS 119.0.6045.169
Google Chrome for iOS has been updated (see this Google post) to version 119.0.6045.169.
