Did anyone get the "Welcome to the Microsoft 365 app" nag screen?

[German]A quick question for readers who use Windows. Has anyone seen a pop-up screen with the text "Welcome to the Microsoft 365 app" recently?

A user report

I came across a post in a closed German Facebook group about such an annoying pop-up window. The title is "Welcome to the Microsoft 365 app" and the text refers to the search in a central location, including Copilot, for the Office apps. It also advertises 5 GB of secure cloud storage and create, share and collaborate for work, school and life. So must be somehow related to new Copilot features.

Microsoft 365 Nag-Screen

There is no option to hide anything in the pop-up window, as can be seen directly in the screenshot above. There is a close button in the top right corner of the popup window. What surprises me is the administrator's statement that he could not close the popup window either because the user account control immediately kicked in.

The poster, an administrator, wrote that the window was displayed at some point and then all other programs were inoperable. When attempting to close the window, the user account control system reported itself again and again. So this is a very serious interference in the user's workflow.

Do you know anything about this?

I tried a quick search for this message on the Internet, but didn't really find anything. So the pop-up window seems to be quite new. The questions that arise in this context: Can anyone do anything with this popup window? Is it known in which context this popup is displayed? Is there a group policy that I can use to suppress the pop-up window?
