If that doesn't help, try the following methods.
Check, if a third party anti virus tool is responsible
In some cases, installed third party anti virus tools (or Internet Security Suites) are the root cause that files in Windows Update store are damaged during download. Here's what you can try:
1. Deactivate your third party anti virus software and try updating again.
2. If that doesn't help, uninstall your anti virus software, check whether the vender provides an uninstall clean tool and use it to remove remaining install files.
Reboot Windows and try to install the update via Windows Update.
Check your system files integrity
Try to run a system file check to assure that no damaged files are responsible for this error. The blog post Check and repair Windows system files and component store discussed how to do this check. If damaged files are found that could not be repaired, try an in place upgrade to repair Windows. Boot Windows and insert a Windows install media. Execute setup.exe and select "upgrade" as option. This keeps your data and installed programs, but repairs damaged system files.
Download updates and install it manually
In some cases it helps to download update packaged via Microsoft Update Catalog and install it manually. The updates are downloadable from nearly every browser. Just take care to grab the right file for your Windows version ((32 versus 64 bit versions). Then double click the downloaded update file to force the installation.
