I've addressed update KB3150513, which is available for several Windows versions within my April 2017 article Windows compatibility update KB3150513. According to Microsoft,
this update provides the latest set of definitions for compatibility diagnostics that are performed on the system. The updated definitions will help enable Microsoft and its partners to ensure compatibility for all customers who want to install the latest Windows operating system. Installing this update also makes sure that the latest Windows operating system version is correctly offered through Windows Update, based on compatibility results.
The English Microsoft web site covers the revision date May 1, 2017. Microsoft has changed the files Appraiser.sdb, Appraiser_data.ini and Appraiser_telemetryrunlist.xml. Prerequisite for this update is cumulative update KB4013429 from March 2017. I haven't receive this update within a VM test machine. But it's possible to download this update for Windows 10 V1607 and Windows Server 2016 via Microsoft Update Catalog.
