I had already seen it a few hours ago, but Tero Alhonen has made me aware of the topic again via Twitter.

The evaluation versions are available on this Microsoft site as a free download via ISO file. The trial versions are available in English (United States), English (United Kingdom), Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese (Brazil). Microsoft offers the following ISOs:
- Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1809 | 64-bit ISO
- Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1809 | 32-bit ISO
- Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 | 64-bit ISO
- Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 | 32-bit ISO
Note: It seems that he LTSC 2019 still is an old build. Since this is a trial version, you don't need a license key, but the version expires after 90 days.
PS: Microsoft has also published this article about automatic OS upgrades of virtual machines under Microsoft Azure.

actually guenni the "LTSC" evaluation links point to build 14393 as I checked myself
so it is basically LTSB/LTSC 2016
official "non-evaluation" links for LTSC 2019 ISOs will be available sometime in October
