Here is a brief overview of Microsoft products that will be dropped from support over the next 13 months.
- SQL Server 2008/2008 R2: End Extended Support July 9, 2019
- Windows Server 2008/2008 R2: End Extended Support January 14, 2020
- Windows 7 SP1: Ende Extended Support zum January 14, 2020
As of this date, there will be no more security updates for these products. However, enterprise customers can still book a fee-based, extended support for Windows 7 until 2023 (see following link).
