Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18351.8 in Slow Ring
On March 12, 2018 Microsoft released the Preview Build 18351 in the Slow Ring (see Windows 10: Insider Preview 18351 in Slow Ring). Now (March 13th) Microsoft has released build 18351.8 in the Slow Ring. The announcement was made as an addendum to the Windows Blog. The only change: Build 18351.8 (KB4492310) contains a fix to improve the way Microsoft services builds (whatever that means). The sites here and here haven't more details.
Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18356.1 in Fast Ring
On March 12, 2018 Microsoft also released the Preview Build 18356 in Fast Ring (see Windows 10: Insider Preview 18356 in Fast Ring). In a supplement Microsoft added a problem description within the Windows Blog. Some Windows insiders may have excluded their devices from receiving new builds after installing build 18356 because they dropped out of the Insider program.
You can check this in Settings > Update and Security > Windows Insider Program. If the device has been dropped off from the Insider program, it must be re-included in the Insider program. If the system is still in the Windows Insider Preview program, no action is required. Blog reader Christoph W. also informed me, that Build 18356.1 has been released (thanks for that)
