Windows 10 V1903: Update KB4512941 refreshed (08/26/2019)

Microsoft is currently testing the KB4512941 update for Windows 10 Version 1903 on Windows insiders. I reported about it in the blog post Windows 10 V1903: Updates KB4512941 and KB4515530. Now KB4512941 was updated. The the colleagues from deskmodder.de report here, the sandbox should finally work now. Some insiders are testing Microsoft's upgrade to Windows 10 19H2 (see Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18363.327 (19H2)).

I just downloaded the 'refreshed' KB4512941 (Os build 18362.327) and I still have the same problem I first encountered with the 'first' KB4512941 (Os build 18362.325) i.e the high Cortana Cpu usage even I had it disabled in Group Policy. I then have to go to the Task Manager and click on the 'end task' several times before the problem gets temporarily solved as I have to repeat this procedure every time I boot or reboot my computer. I hope Microsoft solves this problem soon!

Just a tip – it's the nasty cache bug. Save the old cache, update and restore the saved cache as indicated here may help.

the KB4512941 update may get officially released FRI 8/30

note that KB4512941 also includes the VBA/VB6/VBScript bug fixes for 1903
