Another piece of info from my mailbox. Shane Steven, a developer already told me about his offer in July 2019. His new program FreeTTS Online makes it possible to convert plain text into language (.mp3) and read it aloud.

Simply paste the text into the form, select the language and the speaker and click Start. Then you can call up the playback as a language file on the page using a control element.
This is possible up to 6,000 characters per day free of charge via the website and works in different languages. Perhaps of interest to one or the other reader.
