- Fix: Drag & Drop multiple attachments to macOS Finder created duplicate files
- Fix: Faceted search date and relevance settings not saved
- Fix: FileLink attachments included as a link and file when added from a network drive via drag & drop
- Fix:: About Thunderbird dialog keyboard shortcuts did not work
- Fix: CC'd recipients sometimes displayed collapsed in header pane

So stability improvements and small bug fixes are included. I didn't find anything about security fixes in the release notes. This version will not be rolled out via auto-update for users of Thunderbird 68.x.
