[German]Microsoft is currently making some changes with regard to its access to the Volume Licensing Center (VLSC) – I had reported about this in the blog post FYI: Microsoft VLSC access from October 2020 via business or school account. Now Microsoft has published a FAQ about VLSC licenses.

Login problems with VLSC
In this context, blog reader Karl points out some problems in an answer tweet to Tero Alhone's first post.
2. adding new licenses was prev. something you had to do as a customer, now from today I learned talking to the Licensing support the distributor need email addresses for VLSC from reseller and the customer and will add them to VLSC. The option to add Open License is deprecated
