[German]Google has released an update to Google Chrome 97.0.4692.71 for Windows, Mac and Linux (and version 97.0.4664.104 for Android) as of January 4, 2022. It's an update to a new development branch that closes vulnerabilities. Here's a quick overview.

In addition, there are various fixes that Google found internally during audits. However, details about vulnerabilities will not be published until the majority of users have switched over. The Chrome version for Windows, Mac and Linux will be rolled out to the systems via the automatic update function in the next few days.
