According to the release notes, the update to version 115.6.1 brings the new feature that OAuth2 is now supported for comcast.net. The update also includes the following bug fixes.

  • With IMAP CONDSTORE (Conditional STORE) enabled, CPU utilization was sometimes high
  • Replying to a collapsed thread using the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+R/Cmd+R) opened a reply for every message in the thread
  • Activating the "Grouped by" view after reversing the sort order of the column header resulted in incorrect grouping of messages
  • Opening the thread window context menu from the keyboard did not always cause the view to scroll for selection
  • The display for new messages for POP3 accounts did not show that new messages were available for download
  • Messages could not be moved to folders via Message > Move to if a text or link in the message had been clicked beforehand
  • MIME partial limits were not terminated correctly

The system requirements for the different operating system versions (see here for more details):

  • Windows: Windows 7 or higher
  • Mac: Mac OS X 10.12 or higher
  • Linux: GTK+ 3.14 or higher
