ADMX templates for Windows 11 24H2
In corporate environments with Windows 11 24H2 Enterprise and Education (or Windows 11 24H2 Pro systems), settings can be managed via group policies. With every Windows function update, new administrative templates are required, which then have to be imported. Microsoft therefore updated the ADMX templates for Windows 11 version 24H2.
I came across this information earlier this week via the above tweet from Carl Stalhood. The .admx files have been available at this download address since September 30, 2024. The download contains the administrative templates (.admx) for Windows 11 2024 Update (24H2) in the various languages. Operating systems from Windows Server 2008 R2 up to Windows Server 2022 and Windows 7 up to Windows 11 24H2 are supported.
