[German]Microsoft has released optional cumulative (preview) updates for Windows 11 22H2-23H2 (KB5058502) on April 27, 2025 and for Windows 11 24H2 (KB5058499) on April 28, 2025. There is also the preview update KB5058481 for Windows 10 22H2. These updates contain corrections that can be tested and will then be rolled out as fixes in the following month.

It should be noted that preview updates must be manually initiated for download and installation by default (although Windows 11 22H2 and later contains options for automatic installation).
Preview Update for Windows 11 24H2
The list of updates for Windows 11 can be viewed on this Microsoft page. No preview update has yet been released for Windows 11 version 24H2. There was only the out-of-band update KB5061977 (see Windows Server 2022/Windows 11 24H2: Out-of-Band Updates KB5061906 / KB5061977 fixes Hyper-V freezes (23./27. May 2025)).
Preview Update KB5058502 for Windows 11 22H2 – 23H2
The list of updates for Windows 11 23H2 can be viewed on this Microsoft page. The preview update KB5058502 has been released for Windows 11 version 23H2 and 22H2. It provides new features and fixes for this Windows version. Microsoft refers to the improvements and corrections for 23H2 as highlights and a gradual rollout (not available for all users) as well as a normal rollout (for all users).
Microsoft points out that for Windows 11 23H2 the CoPilot will be provided with some new features. Further innovations in the gradual rollout relate to the search in the taskbar, the settings, the taskbar and so on.
The list of fixes for Windows 11 22H2 includes a number of corrections for both OS versions. Among other things, a BlueScreen error has been fixed and the problem of hanging updates when downloading the Windows 11 24H2 feature update has been corrected.
