[German]As of October 14, 2025, Microsoft has released various recovery updates such as KB5067039 and KB5067019 for Windows 11 24H2 – 25H2. In addition, recovery updates such as KB5068164 and KB5067017 for Windows 10 22H2 have been released. Below is a brief overview of these updates.
Microsoft refers to dynamic updates that contain improvements to the Windows setup binary files and all files used by Setup for feature updates.
Windows 10/11 Safe OS Dynamic Updates
According to the Microsoft Update Catalog, the following Safe OS Dynamic Updates have been released for Windows 11 and Windows Server 2025:
- 2025-10 Safe OS Dynamic Update for Microsoft server operating system version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5067039)
- 025-10 Safe OS Dynamic Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5067019)
- 025-09 Safe OS Dynamic Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5066687)
These updates contain improvements for the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) for Windows. However, since October 14, 2025, there has been a problem with the mouse and keyboard not working properly in Win RE (see Windows 10/11: USB keyboard/mouse doesn't work properly in WinRE).
