FYI: Microsoft VLSC access from October 2020 via business or school account

[German]Another brief information for administrators or people who manage volume licenses in educational institutions and companies. As of October 2020, access to the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) will only be possible with a business or school account.
