One year after release of Windows 10, it seems that companies are adopting this operating system. Every fourth PC sold in Europe for business purposes is shipped with Windows 10 Pro.

Windows 10 Pro unit share of Windows Business PCs (excl. Win 7/Win 10 downgrade version) by country, August 2016 – Source: Context
If I calculate the average value of the table above, I get 22 %, so the numbers given below (cited from the original article are not plausible).
Context get it's data straight from distributors indicates, that Windows 10 is now shipped on each forth PC sold in Europe. In June 2016 the figure shows only 16 % and in July 2016 18 % of business PCs are shipped with Windows 10 Pro. It seems that less users are downgrading new Windows 10 Pro PCs to Windows 7 Pro. This figure shows that Windows 10 nearly follows the adoption pattern as Windows 7 in the first 13 months after OS release.
"Industry expectations have European Windows 10 business spending picking up further towards the end of the current year", said Marie-Christine Pygott, senior analyst at Context. "This will help to drive a modest improvement in the overall second half 2016 PC sales, compared to that seen in the first half of the year." (via)
