[German]Microsoft has (re-)released several updates (KB3193517, KB3193519, KB3176936, KB3192665) for Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 (teilweise als Re-Release) freigegeben. Hier ein kurzer Überblick a few days ago. Here is a brief overview.

Update KB3193517 for Windows 10 1511
This update KB3193517 (ActiveX installation that uses AXIS fails after you install KB3185614) It fixes an issue that occurs after install of Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1511: September 13, 2016 (KB3185614), when ActiveX installations fails. This update is available via Microsoft Update Catalog.
KB3193519 for Windows 10 RTM
Update KB3193519 fixes also the AXIS (ActiveX Installation) error, but the package is available for Windows 10 RTM (Build 10240) and for Windows 10 LTBS (see above).
KB3176936 for Windows 10 Version 1607
Update KB3176936 addresses the servicing stack (Servicing stack update for Windows 10 Version 1607: August 23, 2016) and improves stability and reliability.
KB3192665 for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1
Update KB3192665 (ActiveX installation that uses AXIS fails after you install MS16-104) is available for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. It fixes the AXIS (ActiveX install issue) after installing MS16-104.
