MicrosoftEDU: Will we see a Surface Notebook and Windows 10 S?

[German]Today, Mai 2, 2017, Microsoft has invited to #MicrosoftEDU event. What to expect on this event? While some people think a Surface Pro 5 will be introduced (not likely), we will see a Surface Notebook, powered with Windows 10 S.

#MicrosoftEDU will be held in New York at 9:30AM ET. Tom Warren has speculated at TheVerge what Microsoft will introduce. He wrote about a Google Chromebook competitor powered with Windows 10 cloud. But Microsoft observer WalkingCat (@h0x0d) has leaked, what we probably will see today.

Microsoft will present a Surface Notebook, available in four colors: Platinum, Burgundy, Cobalt Blue and Graphite Gold. The notebook has a 13.5 inch PixelSense display (3.4 million pixels) and it is 9.9 up to 14.47 mm thick.

Here are a 360 degree animation showing the surface from all views. We will see the USB Type A socket.

The Surface notebook will weight 1,200 grams. The operating system will be named Windows 10 S – which is probably what we know till now as Windows 10 Cloud (see A closer look at Windows 10 Cloud). The letter S stands probably for school.
