Apple provides fix for Meltdown/Spectre for macOS

Apple has released Meltdown and Spectre fixes for several  versions of mac OS. These includes macOS 10.13.3 High Sierra, mac OS 10.11 El Capitan and macOS 10.12 Sierra. Here are the release notes for macOS High Sierra 10.13.3/ Siera and El Capitain updates.
