Microsoft writes, that update KB4092077 (released March 8, 2018 for Windows 10 Creators Update, Version 1703) contains quality improvements. The following issue has been fixed.
Addresses issue where, after installing this update, some localized devices have incorrect strings or unusual behavior in different areas of the user interface (UI) that make the UI unusable.
The update is distributed via Windows Update, but only if a compatible virus scanner make use of the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\QualityCompat
The DWORD value cadca5fe-87d3-4b96-b7fb-a231484277cc set to 0 is required to flag compatiblity. Microsoft writes, that no other issues are known till yet. The update may be downloades also manually from Microsoft Update Catalog. Tt changes the Windows build to version 15063.936.
