Dynamic Update KB4466596 for Windows 10 V1809
Microsoft has also released the dynamic update KB4466596 for Windows 10 V1809. This is requested by the Microsoft Update Server when you install or reset the Windows 10 October 2018 update. However, the Windows Setup Wizards ask during the update whether the user wants to download ‘required or latest updates’. The goal is to troubleshoot installation problems. I have not yet found a description or a download link from Microsoft on the Internet. Only the colleagues from German site deskmodder.de mentioned the update here.
