[German]Microsoft has refreshed the ISO installation image file, which can be downloaded using the Windows Media Creation Tool. The installation media that can be downloaded as part of an MSDN subscription are also refreshed. You now get a Windows 10 V1903 Build 18362.239 as of July 2019.

Media Creation Tool creates Build 18362.239
Short note for people who download an installation image of Windows 10 from Microsoft via Media Creation Tool and save it on a USB stick or DVD. A few days ago I had reported in the article Windows 10 V1903: Further 3 upgrade blockers removed that the USB installation bug can occur during upgrades was fixed. It was open how Microsoft thinks about the installation images created by Media Creation Tool.
As my colleagues at deskmodder.de noticed, Microsoft has now adapted its Media Creation Tool to create installation images of Windows 10 version 1903 with build 18362.239. This is the patch as of July 9, 2019, I interpret this to mean that the fix for the problem with USB installation media is fixed during an upgrade.
By the way, adguard still offers the old build 18362.30.
Windows 10 V1903: Refreshed MSDN ISO media
I checked my MSDN subscription (MyVisual Studio) right away. Microsoft has also released refreshed ISO installation images for the Windows 10 May 2019 Update (Version 1903) for MSDN subscribers to download. These are as of July 16, 2019.
