KB4507437 (Preview Monthly Rollup) Windows 7/Windows Server 2008 R2
Update KB4507437 (Preview Rollup for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1) contains improvements and bug fixes that will be rolled out in the following month. The KB article points out that this update no longer includes the PciClearStaleCache.exe for fixing network problems. If you encounter problems, please see KB4493453 for more information.
The update contains only one time zone update for Brazil. The update is optional and offered by Windows Update. It can also be downloaded from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Microsoft strongly recommends that you install the latest Service Stack Update (SSU) first before installing the latest rollup. When installing via Windows Update, the SSU should have been installed automatically before.
Microsoft states in the KB article that the update has issues with McAfee security software. The KB article contains notes and links to the AV manufacturer's support articles. Since this is a preview rollup, I would hide it unless there are special testing requirements.

Update KB4507463 is available for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 as Preview of Monthly Rollup. This is not a security update. The preview rollup addresses the following issues:
- Updates time zone information for Brazil.

- Addresses an issue with opening or using the Window-Eyes screen reader application that may result in an error and prevent some features from functioning as expected.
The update is optionally offered via Windows Update. It can also be downloaded from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Microsoft strongly recommends that you install the latest Service Stack Update (SSU) before installing the update. I recommend to hide the update because Microsoft lists known problems.
