The release of Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19041264 in the Slow and Release Preview Ring had been mentioned within my blog post Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19041.264 as new RTM. This is the 20H1 development branch for the Spring 2020 feature update, which is to be released at the end of May as Windows 10 May 2020 Update (Version 2004) (see Windows 10 Version 2004 release between 26th & 28th May).

In my blog post Windows 10 Version 2004 release between 26th & 28th May I mentioned, that the release of the Windows 10 May 2020 Update (2004 version) has been postponed from April 28, 2020 to May 12, 2020. At this date, the new version of the spring 2020 feature update should be available for developers and OEMs.
I then checked my MSDN account (Visual Studio subscription). It is indeed the case that the ISO files for Windows 10 May 2020 Update (Version 2004) are available for download in the variant 'Business Edition Version 2004' and as 'Consumer Edition Version 2004'.
