On Nov. 2, 2021, Microsoft experienced a disruption in Microsoft 365 services that blocked users from accessing OneDrive and SharePoint files. This prevented users from opening Excel files stored on OneDrive or SharePoint. Meanwhile, Microsoft states that the issue has been fixed again.

As a result, various files that were stored online could no longer be opened. The error has probably been fixed. The colleagues from Bleeping Computer have written something about it here. Was anyone affected?
