A list of the updates can be found on this Microsoft web page. I have pulled out the details below.

Update KB5010386 for Windows 11

Cumulative Update KB5010386 raises the OS build on Windows 11 to 22000.493 and includes quality improvements and security patches, but no new operating system features. The main changes that this update makes include:

Addresses an issue that causes a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) modify operation to fail if the operation contains the SamAccountName and UserAccountControl attributes. The error message is, "Error: 0x20EF. The directory service encountered an unknown failure".

Microsoft notes that this update makes quality improvements to the servicing stack (is responsible for Microsoft updates). This update is automatically downloaded and installed by Windows Update, but is also available from the Microsoft Update Catalog and via WSUS and WUfB. Microsoft is not aware of any issues with the update. More details can be found in the KB article here.

Windows Server 2022

Cumulative update  KB5010354 (Windows Server 2022) has been released for Windows Server 2022, according to this Microsoft page, which raises the OS build to 20348.524. Among the fixes this update makes:

Addresses an issue that causes a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) modify operation to fail if the operation contains the SamAccountName and UserAccountControl attributes. The error message is, "Error: 0x20EF. The directory service encountered an unknown failure".

Microsoft notes that this update makes quality improvements to the servicing stack (is responsible for Microsoft updates). This update is automatically downloaded and installed by Windows Update, but is also available from the Microsoft Update Catalog and via WSUS and WUfB. However, the update causes collateral damage such as RDP connection problems (fixed via KIR), and trouble with .NET applications accessing Active Directory Forest Trust Information (see Windows Server: Out-of-band updates fixes Active Directory forest trust information bug (Feb. 4, 2022)).
