[German]The developers of the Thunderbird email client have released Thunderbird 91.7.0 on March 8, 2022. It is a maintenance update for the 91 development branch, which brings various fixes.

Blog reader Gerold pointed out the release in this comment (thanks for that) – I was offered the update during a search. According to the Thunderbird release notes, the update brings the following change:
Thunderbird will use the first occurrence of headers that should only appear once
The update also includes the following fixes.
- Auto-complete incorrectly changed a pasted email address to the primary address of a contact
- Attachments with filename extensions that were not registered in MIME types could not be opened
- Copy/Cut/Paste actions not working in Thunderbird Preferences
- Improved screen reader support of displayed message headers
In addition, the vulnerabilities in Thunderbird listed here, and rated as high have been fixed.
