[German]The developers of Thunderbird have released another update of the email client to version 102.6.0 on December 13, 2022 (thanks to the reader for pointing this out). It's a bug-fix update that should fix some issues.

According to the Thunderbird release notes, the following changes was made in this version:
- Importing OpenPGP secret keys failed if public key with public subkey already existed
- Message index files were erroneously deleted if too many folders were open
- Thunderbird sometimes incorrectly formatted synchronized vCards
- Recurring events were no longer displayed after a certain number of repetitions
- Cookies that were deleted in the "Show Cookies" dialog were not actually deleted
- Updates were not actually paused for paused RSS feeds
There are also several visual and UX improvements, as well as fixes for vulnerabilities. A list of fixed vulnerabilities (one moderate vulnerability) can be found here. The system requirements for the different operating system versions (see here for more details):
- Windows: Windows 7 or higher
- Mac: Mac OS X 10.12 or higher
- Linux: GTK+ 3.14 or higher
