[German]On March 19, 2025, there was probably another major Exchange Online outage, meaning that Outlook users were no longer able to access their Exchange Online mailboxes on the web.

This outage on March 19, 2025 is clearly visible on downdetector.com and Microsoft has also confirmed the outage on its internal portals.
Microsoft365Status confirmed on X that they are investigating reports that users' access to Outlook on the web is impaired. Microsoft has published further information under EX1036356 in the Admin Center.
Microsoft later announced that it had identified a recent change to a part of Outlook in the web infrastructure that may have had an impact. The change has been reverted to fix the issue. Our colleagues at Bleeping Computer have covered the issue here.
