[German]Question for the Microsoft 365 administrators and users among our readers: Are there more sign-in problems with Outlook login or access today?

Swiss blog reader Daniel S. contacted me this morning via email from Switzerland because he is experiencing heavy Outlook 365 issues. He wrote that he is receiving more and more reports of Outlook problems from users at his company.
Users receive constant authentication prompts and pop-ups. The Outlook clients remain offline or a pop-up appears as shown in the picture above. After I've published the German edition of this blog post, I received confirmation from other blog readers. Can anyone else observe this?
