[German]A brief message for users of Microsoft Exchange Online: There is a service disruption. Outlook has problems to retrieve the subject of e-mails correctly. Basically, we have been jerking around with recurring disruptions of the Microsoft Cloud in the area of Microsoft 365/Exchange Online and teams since January 30, 2020.

On downdetector.com there have been small peaks in user messages from time to time over the last few hours – but nothing really serious. On the Twitter channels there is nothing to be found (but Twitter was also down). Blog reader Andreas P. just informed me by mail about new status information about Exchange Online (thanks for that).
Title: Can't view complete email subject
User Impact: Users may be unable to view the complete subject line for emails within the Outlook client.
More info: The issue only occurs in the Outlook client. Users can see the full subject line in Outlook on the web or their mobile devices.
Current status: We've identified a recent update for the Outlook client that has introduced a code regression, causing the email subject line to be partially hidden. We've developed a code fix which is undergoing validations and testing in preparation, and suspect that the solution will be fully deployed by Tuesday, February 11, 2020.
Scope of impact: We believe the most users are unaffected by the event, though the problem could potentially affect anyone using the Outlook client.
