Some Windows 10 users are running into trouble, installing the last cumulative Windows 10 Update KB3081455. Windows Update drops error code 0x80070002.

I received some user notes, that executing sfc /scannow in a administrative command prompt window, some damages will be repaired, and the cumulative update KB3081455 can be installed. The root cause for this install issue is ridiculous: Changing some Windows 10 start menu entries prevents the update install. This has been documented in comments within my German blog post Windows 10: Kumulatives September-Update KB3081455 and within this MS Answers forum thread:
My suspicion was that the update might fail because I had moved that link in the Start Menu into another folder (see above). Thus, the update would be unable to find that file.
After applying the "sfc /scannow" command, only some measly 3 files were repaired:
Windows Speech Recorder.lnk
Windows Journal.lnkCharacter Map.lnk

But, when 51% fails with this error :
Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.
Someone could help me?
Try to install the hotfix https://support.microsoft.com/en-en/kb/3094740
Also an offline scan with sfc /offbootdir=d:\ /offwindir=d:\windows /scannow
