It seems that this update causes only minor issues. A user @Jolo reports constant sound of his Bose speaker after updating Windows 10.

Something really strange happened after the update.

After the restart, my external Bose USB speakers started to have a constant sound. Unplugged and replugged didn't fixed the problem.

Only the sound stopped after I entered the sound settings and played a sample sound…

Another user reports a missing desktop, but a hard reset of his machine fixed that issue. And it seems, that the InPrivate-Bug in Microsoft Edge is still back in Windows 10 Version 1511 auf die Build 10586.122 (see this posting). User @seeprime reports changes in Privacy settings:

Oddly enough this update changed my settings in Privacy where I had turned off four background apps. It turned them back on. Default apps are unchanged. I look forward to the day when Microsoft stops changing settings completely during an update. Other that that little annoyance, on my laptop but not my wife's, the update is fine.

It seems that there is still room for futher improvements. According to KB3139907 Microsoft has released also a Servicing Stack update, which improves stability. This update is not part of Update KB3140743.
