On March 3,2016, Microsoft released Security Update KB3139929 for Internet Explorer 11. InfoWorld pointed out in this article: Windows patch KB 3139929: When a security update is not a security update, that this security update also installs Update KB3146449 (which isn't removable). The description of this KB article says: This update, released on 03/08/2016, adds functionality to Internet Explorer 11 on some computers that lets users learn about Windows 10 or start an upgrade to Windows 10.

It seems, that only a few users get the Windows 10 upgrading nag-screen in IE 11 – I have had two places, where people reporting such a behavior. As Woody Leonhard pointed out in his article "Microsoft's intrusive Get Windows 10 behavior has reached new lows" – and it seems that – in a view of business customers – Microsoft has crossed a red boarder. Who can trust a company, claiming to overtake critical IT tasks with Cloud and Azure, with such a behavior?
