According to KB3170410 (Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1511: June 17, 2016) this patch esolves the following issues that affect system performance and also enrolling and syncing devices to System Center Configuration Manager in Windows 10 Version 1511:

  • When the PowerShell DSC (Desired State Configuration) feature runs for extended time periods, users experience decreased system performance, loud fan noise, and poor battery life.
  • After a ConfigMgr enrollment fails, the device waits 15 minutes to try another enrollment.
  • Users who have Wi-Fi–only devices cannot sync their settings to System Center Configuration Manager.

The 32 bit version is 402 MB and the 64 bit version is 713 MB in size.
