The issue
I've addressed this issue briefly within my blog post Office/Outlook und Windows Patchday issues and in detail within the blog post June 2017 Patches causing Internet Explorer 11 printing issues.
Microsoft released several security issues on June 13, 2017 for Internet Explorer. This update is part of Microsoft's Rollup updates (KB4022719 for Windows 7 SP1, KB4022726 for Windows 8.1) or cumulative update (KB4022725 for Windows 10 V1607). After installing these updates, Internet Explorer 11 won't print iframes. Only a blank page will be printed. It has been observed on all Windows versions, but the issue doesn't affect all systems. Microsoft has confirmed the issue (see June 2017 security updates IE 11 printing issues confirmed).
Microsoft released a fix
A German reader informed me, that Microsoft has released a patch KB4032782 to fix this printing issues. The update shall be installed only, if the system is affected. In this case download the package from Microsoft Update Catalog. But I was wondering, that Microsoft didn't mentions a fix for Windows 10, where the issue also has been observed.
