Microsoft has provided a reliability update for the Surface Pro. This is another firmware update that Microsoft has provided for the device since March 15, 2018.

The new update is available for all Surface Pro models, including Wi-Fi and wireless versions, and all versions of Windows 10, and improves system stability:
Intel – system – 8.2.11004.3973; Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Processor Participant – improves system stability.
The update appears three times in the update history on this Microsoft site – but seems to me to be an oversight. The update is distributed via Windows Update for Windows 10, but can also be downloaded from this website as a download package. (via)
