Mozilla's developers released version 66.0.1 of the Firefox browser for Windows, Linux and macOS on March 22, 2019. At the same time Firefox 60.6.1esr was released. Each update is a maintenance update.

Several critical vulnerabilities in Firefox 66.0.1 have been fixed.
- CVE-2019-9810: IonMonkey MArraySlice has incorrect alias information
- CVE-2019-9813: Ionmonkey type confusion with __proto__ mutations
The bug described within my blog post Firefox 66: Rollout stopped because of MS PowerPoint issue is not fixed. In Firefox 60.6.1esr the same vulnerabilities were closed.
