Remarks about dynamic updates
Microsoft occasionally releases 'dynamic updates' (compatibility updates) for Windows 10. These updates are optionally retrieved from the Microsoft servers when Windows 10 is installed or when a feature update is performed or when the operating system is reset during setup. The setup wizard asks the user whether these dynamic updates may be downloaded via the Internet. The purpose of the whole thing is to fix any issue that could affect the setup through the updates. I've blogged about that with more details within my blog post Windows 10: What are dynamic updates?
