Microsoft has released the update KB4508451 in Slow Ring for the Insider Preview of Windows 10 19H2. The update raises the build of the Insider Preview to 18362.10005. Adden dum: As of 07/17/2019 Microsoft has re-released the cumulative update KB4508451 in the Slow Ring, which raises the build to the version number 18362.10006.

This update KB4508451 disables search. I wind it back and the update installs again.

Yep, uninstalled this update at least 7-8 times because of high CPU searchUI, local search broken, and permission issues with Windows Search maps/directories.
Looks a lot like the issues of kb4512941
