[German]Microsoft probably plans to release the new Windows 10 version 2004 as early as next month, specifically on December 17, 2019. This would put this build right on the doorstep.

Microsoft wants to adjust the release dates for Windows 10 builds in the future and complete feature updates at the end of the year (December) and in the summer. The aim is to align the release data of Windows 10 clients with the azure release cycles.
Microsoft had already announced that the Windows 10 20H1 development is as good as connected and will lead to Windows 10 V2004 with the release of the Insider Build (see Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19033 (20H1) in Slow and Fast Ring – will be Windows 10 Version 2004).
Now the colleagues from deskmodder.de speculate that Microsoft will release Windows 10 Version 2004 on December 17, 2019. This would be the third Tuesday of the month, which might fit. When the rollout is due for the mass of users, however, is still open. Let's see if that happens. Addendum: To make it clear – I don't think, we will see a broad deployment for all users. Probably it's offered on December 17, 2019 in Release Preview ring.
