A Use after Free memory error can cause a crash or possibly execute malicious code. The vulnerability has been reported by Qihoo security researchers.
Chrome version 81.0.4044.113 for Windows, Mac and Linux will be rolled out to systems over the next few days via the automatic update feature. You can also download this build here.
